DeSesa Engineering Company, Inc. was established by Daniel DeSesa, P.E., in 1946 in Newark, New Jersey. The company is operated by Michael DiDomenico, P.E., President, and Ralph DiDomenico, Comptroller. The company has grown steadily both in terms of the number of employees and total sales volume. We presently have over 40 full-time employees.

Our new 10,000 square foot facility in Livingston, New Jersey houses our general offices, engineering, CAD system, Computer Room, Estimating and Purchasing Departments, along with ample warehouse and secured yard space for service and construction equipment.

Our firm has complete in-house design capabilities with professional engineering registration. Over the years we have installed all types of HVAC systems in a variety of establishments. We have designed and installed systems for office buildings, warehouses, supermarkets, banks, retail stores, hospitals, computer rooms, restaurants, laboratories, and theaters.

The Company has worked both in a Design/Build and Plan/Spec capacity with some of the premier builder/owners in New Jersey such as Eastman Construction Company, ProLogis, Matrix Development Group, March Associates, CB/Richard Ellis, The Morris Companies, Joseph A. Natoli Construction, Barr & Barr, Inc., Wm. Blanchard Co., RC Andersen, Panatonni Construction, and Fitzpatrick & Associates.

The Service Department of DeSesa Engineering Company, Inc. is capable of repairing and maintaining all types of HVAC equipment which is in use today. All mechanics serve a five year apprenticeship period in addition to attending a certified heating and air conditioning instruction school. Our mechanics attend yearly specialized classes in all new equipment and stay ahead of industry changes. We at DeSesa feel that with education and years of experience, we can provide the kind of service a customer respects.

Our Service Department offers a vast variety of specialized maintenance contracts tailored to each building manager's specific requirements including any facility that needs 24 hour emergency service.

Some of our larger service accounts are PSE&G Corporate Headquarters, Pearson Education, Barnes & Noble, Verizon, Can-Do Fitness, RWJ Fitness, NY Giants Training Facility, Atlantic Health Systems.
