Lindsey joined our team in 2018 and has played a vital role in helping with the management of the company. She handles billing, payroll, accounts payable/receivable, scheduling appointments, and customer service. In her free time, she enjoys being out on the river, visiting her family in Minnesota, and spending time with her husband, Todd, and their children.

Todd graduated from Bowman High School in 1986 and went on to get a Bachelor's Degree of Science in Business and Marketing at Evangel College in Springfield, MO. Right after college, Todd began a very successful career in sales and management. Being one of the top multi-million dollar sales producers in his industry, it allowed him to work his way up to the top of management with one of the most prestigious companies in the United States.

In 2001, Todd and his family decided to move back to North Dakota to raise their children in a great environment. Before Todd made this major decision to not only leave his job, but his industry, he realized that he would have to find an industry which would allow him to meet his high standards for business. He found a perfect fit with Sparling Construction, because not only was this Todd's second passion, building and remodeling, but Todd also found the same values, goals, and reputation that he was used to being affiliated with.

Todd purchased Sparling Construction in July of 2012 with the goal of bringing the company to new levels. Todd is actively responsible for the overall operations of the company, including marketing, advertising, personnel, purchasing of new product lines, and sales. Todd enjoys creating synergy both internally with the employees and externally with the clients.

Originally from Willow City ND, Tyler attended Dakota College at Bottineau and later moved to Bismarck in 2004 to pursue his career as an electrician. Working in the commercial & industrial electrical industry he gained experience in a vast array of electrical systems throughout North Dakota, Minnesota and South Dakota.

Tyler holds a North Dakota Master Electician license since 2013. In 2015 Tyler transitioned to the role of Project Manager where his work involved him in planning, budgeting, design, scheduling and directing projects of varying sizes and scopes of work.  In his free time he enjoys spending time with his family camping, hiking, kayaking and riding bike.

Tyler joined our team here in 2021, and we are very excited about being able to have a much quicker turn around time for our estimates with him aboard, along with the other diverse skills that he brings to the table.

Alicia recently rejoined our team here at Sparling Construction after a few years away, and we are so happy to have her back! She helps out in the office with bookkeeping, appointment scheduling, and other administrative tasks.

John is the newest addition to our office staff and we are very excited about what he brings to the table! He is responsible for overseeing your project from start to finish and is the one coordinating with the carpenters and subcontractors to make things happen on the job site. Jesse graduated from Century High School in 2013 and recently graduated from the University of Mary with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration. He is currently assisting in the office by helping create and manage our website, social media accounts, and graphic design. He also helps out with other administrative tasks as needed. Jesse enjoys sports, playing guitar, and spending time with his family and friends.
