Scope Of Work
A 950 square foot remodel of the existing control and equipment rooms at the UCSF Neurosciences Center to accommodate the new Siemens Magnetom Skyra 3T MRI. Constructed a temporary bridge for construction access to protect existing landscaping. Relocated existing chilled water piping to MRI equipment and provided new chilled water pipe connections to existing mechanical unit. Provided a new stainless steel cryogen vent and piping to MRI room. Mounted and provided start-up of owner provided Data Air Ac Unit and furnished and installed three new humidifiers. Provided power to new HVAC and humidifiers and made electrical modifications to accommodate all new equipment. Furnished and installed a complete RF shield system, access door, and patient viewing window within the MRI/Control room. Provided fire design and installation and added new casework, acoustical grid, flooring, and finish paint.
