Aldrich Construction Co., Inc. (ACC) has been in business since May 1, 1985. The firm is based in Manchester, Connecticut and completes a wide variety of general construction jobs in the central Connecticut area.

The firm specializes in industrial and commercial construction projects, both new and renovation. Most of our clients are privately held corporations.

Over 80% of the projects ACC completes are design-build jobs awarded on a negotiated basis. The vast majority our customers hire ACC based on word of mouth referrals from previous clients.

Most of the customers that hire ACC come to the company to find a solution to their space needs. Oftentimes the client believes they need a new building. Our job is to help the customer find the most economical solution that balances both short-term and long-term needs. Sometimes this may mean a new building, while other times it can mean an addition to an existing facility. It could also mean that the customer needs to consider purchasing another existing building.

Our customers in general have limited budgets and want to construct durable, attractive, quality structures while monitoring and controlling project costs. They expect us to spend their money as if it were our own.

The greatest asset ACC brings to a project is the technical skills and reputation of the people that work here. Since our founding, we have compiled an excellent track record for high quality standards and professional expertise. We are proud of this record of accomplishment and we continually strive to improve our performance.

The majority of the work the firm completes is for repeat customers, and new customers referred by previous customers. These organizations count on us to assist them in total evaluation of their project from the inception of the idea until final completion of the construction work. This includes value-engineering the project as well as providing an accurate feasibility analysis. The fact that many of our customers return to us for new and larger projects bears witness to our ability to complete the project successfully and within budget constraint.
