The company was founded by Jim Axthelm in 1999, who brought the motto “EXPERIENCE YOU CAN BUILD ON” to life. The Axthelm family put this motto to work passing on its experience and education to the next generation, Brandon and Cindy Axthelm. Both Brandon and Cindy bring a new level of expertise to complement the knowledge and passion Jim instilled in his children.
