Scope Of Work

The Alexander Group undertook a complete transformation of the 1970’s original post and beam two-bedroom, two-bath guest cottage with kitchen, dining and living area.

New roofing, skylights, energy efficient windows and doors were installed-each of the cottage’s rooms was completely renovated.

Floors of the main room now boast beautiful, durable travertine tiles.

The African mahogany doors, trim and cabinetry complement the palate of colors and textures selected.

New insulation, ventilation improvements, high efficiency air conditioning and new water and electrical services brought the infrastructure up to date and enhance comfort.

The pool and pool deck sport brand new tile and the wood deck was restored with an eco-friendly natural oil finish.
