Scope Of Work
Costello Construction was recently awarded Elizabeth House III, the first phase of the Elizabeth Square development.
The mixed-use development will feature a 16-story, 267-unit affordable senior housing apartment building, a Senior Wellness Center, and a 120,000 SF recreation center. The project will also include three public community pools, a fitness center, and lockers, meeting/class space, a primary care facility, and underground parking.
The project is pursuing a minimum of LEED Silver Certification. Costello Construction will self-perform demolition, rough carpentry, and site concrete on the project.
Costello Construction is currently in the construction phase of the project.
