Beth Sturtevant's Bio
For over 35 years, Beth has been actively involved in the growth of CCB progressing from field operations, to management, to leadership. Her position as President is to ensure that each day the CCB team carries out the mission of building excellence with pride! She is unwavering in her demand for work place safety and in building quality relationships with clients based on trust, skill and integrity. She loves being part of a group of people that thrive on the challenges and successes of the construction industry.
A native of Maine, Beth spends her free time making art and exploring nature with her family.
Experience: 30+ years in all areas of construction including government, healthcare, commercial and industrial manufacturing, power generation and new technology, majority owner since 2004, making CCB a Woman-Owned Business Enterprise (WBE).
Education: UMaine, A.S. in Civil Engineering Technology; USM, Certificate in Management, CEB Program.
Marc Belanger's Bio
Marc oversees operations, project management estimating, purchasing, project supervision, safety and administration. Marc finds the most rewarding part of his job to be the collaboration with employees, customers and project teams. Working with such a diverse group towards a common goal is challenging and extremely rewarding at the same time.
Away from work, Marc’s love of the outdoors and his family keep him moving from one adventure to the next.
Experience: 15+ years of government, healthcare, commercial & industrial manufacturing, and power generation construction projects.
Education: UMaine, B.S. in Construction Management Technology.
Sean Ferguson's Bio
Sean combines his financial expertise with a talent for leveraging technology to make tasks more efficient for the entire team. Prior to joining CCB in 2008, he was a senior manager at a premier northern New England accounting firm.
Away from the office, you will find Sean exploring the extensive variety of Maine trail systems with his family on their ATV’s and snowmobiles.
Experience: Current CPA. 11 years experience in construction accounting and 5 yrs. as leader of audit and review engagement teams for private CPA accounting firm. Past president, Maine Chapter of Construction Financial Management Association.
Education: Thomas College, B.S. and MBA in Accounting Information Systems.

Matt Dale's Bio
Matt’s strong communication style is a true asset for our clients and subcontractors when projects are on a tight schedule and budget. He has a thorough understanding of federal and state safety and health requirements and compliance. He enjoys seeing the progression from plans on paper to a completed project.
Matt enjoys spending time with his family exploring the Maine outdoors.
Experience: 12+ years in scheduling and estimating construction projects in the public, private and government sectors.
Education: UMaine, B.S. in construction management technology.

Andrew Cheney's Bio
Andrew assists project managers through the start-up, execution, and close-out phases of large projects; while managing projects of his own. He moved into project management because he enjoys creating a good team to make the projects enjoyable, safe, and productive; while ensuring high quality, safety, and owner satisfaction.
Andrew enjoys the outdoors, and tinkers with most anything that has a motor – especially cars.

Benjamin Robillard's Bio
Ben is a strong collaborator with an eye for multi-disciplinary, multiple-critical path projects. He views construction as a balance of time, resources and money. Working closely with owners and project teams, he ensures gray areas are identified, minimized and accounted for such that projects finish on time and on budget.
Ben enjoys the Maine outdoors by exploring ATV trails, boating, and snowmobiling.

Chad Ellis's Bio
Chad integrates his mechanical and technical expertise to meet the challenges in every aspect of the projects he manages. He enjoys the satisfaction of seeing the result and knowing he contributed to its success.
Chad describes himself as an avid hunter and outdoorsman. He also finds working with other veterans very rewarding.
Experience: 15+ years in mechanical heating and plumbing as both a technician and supervisor. Service in the U.S. Army as a forward observer.
Education: SMTC, Licensed master plumber, Master oil license, Large equipment service technician, propane and natural gas technician.
Jeff Verreault's Bio
Jeff’s responsibilities include project estimating, budget, schedule and administering all contractual requirements throughout the course of construction. Jeff moved from architecture into construction management because he enjoys the hands-on aspect of managing projects. He welcomes the challenge of working on unique projects and approaching work in new ways.
Away from the office, Jeff spends his time carting his kids around for sports and volunteering for the United Way.

Nate Roberts's Bio
Nate works closely with owners and project team to ensure expectations are being met by all members during every project. He enjoys the collaboration and teamwork required to make projects successful. He brings a thorough understanding of federal and state safety and health requirements and compliance.
Nate is an avid outdoorsman and enjoys turning his love for fishing and camping into family adventures.

Rick Nelson's Bio
Rick facilitates coordination of the day-to-day mechanical operations group including: scheduling, maintenance, special project management, and project safety and administration. His experience gives him a thorough knowledge of federal and state safety and health requirements and compliance. Rick enjoys the satisfaction of providing a quality product for our clients.
Rick is an outdoors guy and takes every opportunity to spend time hunting and fishing.
Experience: 20+ years in steam power, cogeneration and pulp and paper and industrial production with 24/7 demands.

Tony Giacomuzzi's Bio
As a Project Manager, Tony supports his fellow team members with technical project administration, field coordination and closeout. Tony is an excellent communicator and our clients thoroughly enjoy the energy and enthusiasm he brings to a project. He finds great satisfaction in the collaboration with clients and the project team.
Tony’s love for building things extends into his own projects working to rebuild cars and trucks, with the occasional break to get in some fishing.
Experience: 4 years working in Horizontal bore drilling crew and 2 years in project management.

Janet Basile's Bio
Janet combines her human resources expertise with a talent for aligning workforce performance to organizational objectives. A change agent, she strives to eliminate those things which steal time from employees, and remove factors that make it harder for employees to do their jobs.
Away from work, you’ll find Janet working in the community vegetable garden, tackling home improvement projects with her husband, and spending time with family.
Experience: 20 years of experience in all areas of Human Resources translating strategic vision into HR programs that improve productivity, performance, and employee relations. Champion for continuous improvement, employee empowerment, and employee inspiration.

Jason Beam's Bio
Jason oversees compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations to limit physical and financial risk for our teams and our clients. He enjoys the teaching aspect of his role in supporting our field teams. Jason maintains a positive work environment by recommending or implementing steps in employee selection, evaluation, rewards, or disciplinary action.
In addition to working in his own furniture shop, he enjoys volunteering for the Boy Scouts and currently serves as Assistant Scout Master, and Enterprise Risk Management Chair for the Pine Tree Council. His other volunteer activities include service on the NFPA 704: Standard System for the Identification of Hazards of Materials for Emergency Response Committee, and providing training for local emergency responders.
