In 1997 Patricia A. Leone, president of Dakota Consulting Corp. made a bold decision, to start another company that would combine her Architectural/Design and Construction background into one organization.

One might ask…WHY? The answer is simple: Patricia, who at the time was the Vice Chairperson of the Building Contractor’s Association, saw that the construction industry had become extremely complicated with multi-levels which could consist of any or all of many categories: Architects/Designers, Engineers, Construction Managers, Owners Representatives, General Contractors and Subcontractors, a list that goes on and on and was becoming a costly process for all parties.

Dakota Consulting Corp. works on a project from conception to completion. We create the architectural and/or interior designs, budgets, schedules and then we will construct the project, in the most timely and cost effective way.

We also work with our clients and their real estate agents when requested to select the most appropriate commercial/residential space, for their needs.
