Scope Of Work
The award winning Marriott HQ Servery is a 6,448-SF interior build-out that included full demolition of the existing space, new finishes and foodservice equipment, HVAC upgrades and new lighting. Drawing cues from the adjacent Marriott Headquarters Café, the Servery incorporates design elements from the café seating area and the media wall corridor. Though the two areas were designed by different architects, the overall space seamlessly functions and flows as one through the use of similar wall, floor finishes and drywall ceiling curves. The Servery has numerous food stations, and each has different specified equipment, ranging from a custom salad station to a grill station. At each area the equipment was designed and installed to fit right into the millwork and design of the space.
