We are industry leaders in most segments of the commercial markets, including office centers, retail complexes/shopping centers, industrial and manufacturing facilities, hospitality/resorts, distribution/warehousing, medical/hospitals and private education facilities.

Since our inception in St. Petersburg, Florida as a family business our company has established itself as one of the most respected, innovative and reliable roofing and waterproofing companies in the United States.

Still headquartered in St. Petersburg (Tampa Bay), Florida, we perform work nationally throughout the United States and the Caribbean, serving national clients as well as individual owners. Our large portfolio of satisfied clients also includes work performed overseas for the Department of Defense.

We have grown to be one of the largest roofing and waterproofing contractors in the Southeast United States.

What Do We Do?

From our beginnings as roofing and waterproofing contractors we have expanded our range of services.

Fast forward 37 years and we now offer general construction services, building envelope services, cladding/wall systems, damp proofing, exterior renovations, historical renovations, lightning protection and sheet metal.

As a licensed general contractor we are often able to view projects from a broader perspective and incorporate other trades and disciplines into our scope of work.
