Shelby Coatings' shop sits on a 3.3 acres, offers 4 main buildings for coating, sandblasting and storage. Our main sandblasting building is 14,700 square feet with two overhead cranes capaable of 5 ton and 3 ton capacities.

The coating building offers 10,800 square feet of space with two overhead cranes capable of 5 ton and 3 ton capacites. The building also features heating to allow a more controlled atmosphere for most coating systems.

Mobile Sandblasting and Coating

Our mobile capabilities feature any of your sandblasting and coating needs as well. With our mobile equipment, Shelby Coatings can bring the same detailed service and quality work to your site. Shop Coatings including LEED systems, zinc primer, epoxy primers and urethane finishes. Structural Steel including wide flange members, stair framing, plate steel, handrail, bar joist, joist girders, metal decking and equipment painting.
