Dennis Banks Construction

Dennis is a life-long resident of Reno and has been involved in the construction and building industry for most of his life. He is active in many community and professional organizations, and is also a sponsor of numerous local organizations and youth sports teams. Dennis is dedicated to the principles of honesty, providing value to his clients, and working hard and playing harder. He is an avid baseball fan and his other passions include music, fishing, travel and his family.

In 2015 Mark teamed up with Dennis and Susan as Director of Construction.  Mark brings a wealth of big project experience and knowledge of the local subcontractor market to help lead DBC into the future. Mark started his construction career in the Bay Area in 2005 and spent the next 9 years in both Reno and the Bay Area.  He notes his most meaningful project and biggest break in construction industry, when in ’08-09 when he led the construction as the onsite Project Manager of the Reno Aces Stadium and later the Reno Freight House District.  His success at the Ace's Stadium lead Mark back to the Bay Area in 2011 to join the construction team as a Sr. Project Manager of Levi’s Stadium for the San Francisco 49ers.

Susan Banks is a native of Reno and has been a part of Dennis Banks Construction since the beginning. After graduating from the University of Nevada-Reno she focused her time and energy on supporting Dennis, and the company, and raising their two boys, Garrett and Davis.  Susan is active in many community and professional organizations, and is also a sponsor of numerous local organizations and youth sports teams. Susan sits on the Board of the Associated Builders and Contractors and Nevada Association of Employers.
