Waters Construction Company is a construction organization with generations of hands on construction expertise. Our financial and managerial strengths enable us to consistently deliver quality projects on schedule and within budget. A Connecticut based general contractor headquartered in Bridgeport, CT our core business includes highways, bridges, secondary road rehabilitation, site work, mass transit, utilities and environmental remediation. We have widespread experience with start-to-finish construction on projects from basic to complex and range in size from small to large.

Waters is comprised of nearly 100 highly skilled, ethical and experienced managers, engineers, technical professionals and tradesmen known for their broad construction expertise and long term commitment to the organization.  Waters is a family owned company, holding true to the values of quality, safety, and efficiency, passed down through the generations.
