1. Responsiveness - How often, if at all, can you have direct access to your business representative or even its business owner when necessary?  At QED, we DON"T use prompts, we DON'T screen calls, and we DON"T abuse voicemail.  We (including the owner) want to hear from you!
2. Resonsibility -  Does your business deliver on budget and on time?  At QED, we implore a sense of urgency with every job without scarificing quality control.  Moreover, emergency weekend production is also available at a moderate additional cost.
3. Reward - For large unit orders (including national accounts), QED offers not only standard volume discounting but, will also provide you or your company with QED's Credit Reward Points (or CRP's) worth additional dollar value towards any future purchase.
