Matt Doherty (Partner), President, has been with IFS since 2002. He oversees the drafting department and does bidding, estimating and project management of some of the jobs going on at Industrial Fabrication Services. Matt has an Associate of Science in Industrial Technology from Northern State University in Aberdeen, SD and a Bachelor of Science in Manufacturing Engineering Technology from Minnesota State University in Mankato, MN. 

Ryan Slama, Senior Project Manager, has been with IFS since 2011. He does bidding, estimating and project management of some of the jobs going on at Industrial Fabrication Services. Ryan has an Bachelor of Science in Construction Management along with a Minor in Business Administration from Minnesota State University in Mankato, MN. 

Ken Boomgarden (Founding Partner), Plant Manager, Ken coordinates welding, assembly and painting operations. In addition to coordinating those operations, he manages safety and environmental compliance at Industrial Fabrication Services. 

Steve Lueck (Founding Partner), Fabrication Manager, his main focus is sheet metal fabrication. Steve oversees plasma cutting, shearing, bending and rolling operations. Steve also takes care of “walk-in” customers and local general contractors.

Tim Stokes (Founding Partner), Plasma and Fab Manager, oversees the plasma cutting operations. He also is involved with shearing, bending and rolling operations.
