Scope Of Work
The Pier at Sausalito is an established luxury condo-living building located with a gorgeous view of San Francisco. The owner requested LEK's assistance and we sucessfully:
Installed washers and dryers in 28 occupied units
Replaced and upgraded 2-100 gallon, 250,000 BTU water heaters
Installed electrical grounds to each new, relocated electric panel
Completed finish work with drywall for relocation of electrical panels in units
