Our Story

Delta Roofing was established in 1988 by Peter Owens, Carolie Owens and Brett Chapman with the intent of creating a professionally and ethically run commercial roofing company where customers’ needs came first. With the business experiencing exponential growth through hard work, quality products, prompt service, and a commitment to customer satisfaction, we’re proud to say that year after year a majority of our new customers are referred to us by our current customers.

In 2000, ten of the nation’s strongest roofing companies joined forces to become Tecta America; since then, Tecta America continues to integrate outstanding, well-run companies and is one of the nation’s leading commercial roofing companies. Delta Roofing’s growing, successful business caught the eye of Tecta America, and in 2007 we became Tecta America New England: A regional commercial roofing company with strong community ties and the strength of one national company.

Our full service roofing and sheet metal company offers the latest technology for a variety of roofing systems, as well as extensive sheet metal work which we fabricate in-house. With skilled metal craftsmen at all locations, we are able to provide our customers with anything from standing seam metal roofing panels to ornate, historically-accurate copper pieces.

Tecta America New England has commercial roofers in Portland, ME, Billerica and Brockton, MA, and E. Hartford, CT, so we can provide the entire New England region with commercial roofing installations, maintenance and repairs. In addition, Tecta America WeatherGuard (Schenectady, NY) is also part of our network of commercial roofing companies.
