Tecta America New England, LLC

Jay has been in the industry since 1980 and joined Tecta in 2007. He maintains a safe and healthy work environment for the employees at four New England branches, and Tecta America WeatherGuard.

Peter has been in the industry since 1985 and joined Tecta in 2007. He implements strategies that ensure the significant growth and success of four New England branches, as well as Tecta America WeatherGuard.

Dan Pass joined the Billerica, MA team in 2011 after graduating from Wentworth Institute of Technology with a degree in Construction Management, and he was promoted to Branch Manager in June 2020. Dan is hardworking, team oriented, and helps the Billerica branch reach new heights.

Dillon joined the Brockton, MA team in 2018 after graduating from the University of New Hampshire with a degree in Entrepreneurial Studies and became Director of Operations in June 2020. Dillon continues to use his skills and experience to help Tecta America New England and WeatherGuard grow and exceed customers' expectations.

John has been in the industry since 2002 and joined Tecta in 2007. He began as a production foreman for Delta Roofing, then became general superintendent, leading to his current position. He has been the general manager of Tecta America New England Hanover since 2017 and is responsible for all phases of operations for each location.

Michael has been in the industry since 1995 and joined Tecta in 2006. He oversees all day-to-day operations, as well as continuing to estimate and manage projects.

Mike has been in the industry since 1988 and joined Tecta in 2014. He oversees scheduling, supervision of technicians, estimating, customer service, and business development.

Patrick graduated from Keene State College with a BS in Safety and Occupational Health. He works alongside Paul and Zack to perform site visits and adding safety support for our New England locations as well as WeatherGuard in Schenectady, NY.

Scott Leeman has been in the roofing industry since 1982 and began working for Delta Roofing in 2003. As general manager of the Portland, ME branch, he oversees the day-to-day operations including estimating, job costing, scheduling and project management.

Zack joined Tecta America New England as a Safety Officer in 2016. His primary duties include daily job site safety audits for New England and WeatherGuard’s New York job sites, as well as new hire orientations.

Derek has been in the industry since 2015 and joined Tecta America in 2015. He is responsible for assisting and supporting service operations at four New England branches and Tecta America WeatherGuard.
