George Weir opened Escondido Sand & Gravel Recycling in 2001. The trucking operation, Escondido Sand & Gravel Trucking, specializes in hauling aggregates for homeowners, Contractors and material suppliers. George Weir and Mark Weir opened Pacific Oil Spreading back in 1993. Using their computerized spreader truck they provide accurate and uniform oil spreading.

Mark Weir, George's brother, runs the daily operations and is supported by many employees who have been with the company for several years.
