PROJECT MANAGER
Robert Hill brings a wealth of diverse experience to ARWP: historical restoration, high-rise facade caulking and waterproofing, concrete and masonry repair, epoxy and chemical grout injection, deck coating to many commercial, residential, public works projects, both large and small. During his 30+ years in the So Cal industry, he has managed some of the most challenging new construction and remedial waterproofing projects, such as The Harbor Place Condominiums and the Tom Bradley Terminal(LAX), both of which required in-depth planning and construction knowledge to coordinate the intricate details for costing, work sequencing and execution. Robert’s restoration and remedial waterproofing experience enable him to be sensitive to an owner’s needs and appreciate the importance of maintaining the character-defining features of any building, historic or otherwise. What sets him apart is that he utilizes his background and experience in estimating and project management to accurately budget a project from conceptual repair and lead it through construction. He enjoys rolling up his sleeves and working with the architect, engineer, subcontractors, and owner to surmount challenges and realize the project.
