Scope of Work: Removed stone ballast and EPDM membrane installed additional insulation a new PVC membrane.

Details: When Genesis Healthcare decided it was time to replace the aging 58,000 sqft roof system on their center in Laconia, NH they turned to Kidd-Luukko Corporation to make sure the job was done right. KLC removed the stone ballast and existing EPDM (rubber) membrane. We brought the insulation up to code by adding new rigid insulation and installed a PVC product with a 20 year leak proof warranty. In addition to the flat roof, there were multiple areas of asphalt shingles that we replaced and installed a standing seam metal roof at a newly constructed entryway. KLC worked quickly, quietly and efficiently to complete this project for Genesis Healthcare, on time and on budget, all without interrupting the lives of the tenants or their visiting families and friends.
