Scope Of Work

When owners decided to relocate Stoney’s North Forty from the Santa Fe Station Hotel & Casino to a stand-alone building, NDL Group, Inc. was chosen as the general contractor for the project.  Preliminary drawings had already been prepared before the General Contractor was selected, however the client was not satisfied with the interior design.  NDL Group, Inc. offered pre-construction services and created a new interior concept that was accepted by the client.  NDL consulted on the interior finish selections, prepared design-build plans, managed the project, and supervised all construction activities.
