Segmental Wall Specialists, Inc.

For 28 years, Michael Keale has been working in the retaining wall business. He brought his skills to Segmental and has now been with the company for 12 years.

Michael lends his expertise in estimating, marketing and sales, site setup and project management.

He has a B.S. in ornamental horticulture from the University of Maryland. 

An influencial part of Segmental Wall Specialists, Dawn Weber has been with the company since its inception.

Starting out in the basement of her townhouse with her husband, Jim Weber, Dawn officially came on board, full time, in 1997.  

She handles contracts, job costing, purchasing, human resources, all types of accounting functions. 

A graduate of Shenandoah University, Dawn has a B.A. in accounting. 

The newest member of the Segmental Wall team, Kristian brings his knowledge of construction and soil erosion to the tabel.  

Kristian keeps all of the jobs starting on time and makes sure that any and all material is on site when the crew needs it.

He has a B.S. in Business Management from Salem International University
