Authentic Restoration & Waterproofing, Inc.

Authentic Restoration and Waterproofing, Inc. is a general contracting company specializing in the exterior restoration as well as the various waterproofing activities of commercial, industrial, residential and historical buildings.

It was founded in April 1993 by Jacob Habache, a civil engineer with more than 25 years' experience in the specialized field of waterproofing and restoration. Jacob previously served as vice-president of Alpha Restoration & Waterproofing. Authentic Restoration and Waterproofing, Inc. was later incorporated under the state of California in 1996.

Jacob is past president of the Northern California International Concrete Repair Institute (ICRI) and a committed member of the Sealant Waterproofing & Restoration Institute (SWRI). He also served on the board of directors of the Westcon - Western Construction Consultant Association.

We have maintained a loyal and committed workforce for many years through ongoing incentive programs and continuous training in a safe and friendly professional environment. Our ultimate goal is satisfying our clientele by finding innovative and long-lasting solutions to their waterproofing problems.

We offer certain system applications that are unique in the industry. Our goals are to use the latest and best technology to mitigate water intrusion problems.
