Sager Sealant has been around since 1919, however, since 1970 the current owners have specialized in waterproofing, sealants, etc. 2017 represents our 47th year under the same ownership and management. The staff of Sager Sealant have over 120 years of combined experience in our field of construction expertise.

Sager Sealant has been involved with many high profile projects in the Chicago area. Sager Sealant was involved in some unusual waterproofing solutions at the New Shedd Aquarium, which was built in Lake Michigan. While we are not architects or engineers, we know our fields of construction well.
