Kenneth Sandeno founded "D" Construction, Inc. in 1982. Since then, the company has enjoyed steady growth in an expanding market. One of the main reasons for this growth is the ability of "D" Construction, Inc. to offer a diversity of services in the construction industry. The company has extensive experience working on underground utilities, commercial buildings, water and sewer projects, highway construction, petrochemical plants, and asphalt and concrete projects. In addition to this experience, we also own and operate our own asphalt plant. "D" Construction's variety of skills and services makes "D" very adaptable in an ever-changing marketplace.

We believe we have one of the most intense safety programs in the industry with a full time safety coordinator who is on-site monitoring work projects on a daily basis. The safety coordinator reviews and coordinates our safety program with the latest information while administering a very aggressive safety incentive program.

"D" Construction, Inc. has been profitable every year since the company began because of the quality of our work force. "D" is managed by 15 full time people who supervise a staff of 25 working foremen and as many as 250 employees - all of them highly skilled and able to adapt to the most recent construction technologies.
