Scope Of Work
Working with Capstone Development, Quadrangle Development and Cooper Carry Architects, Synergi is installing 4,144 lft. of railing featuring the ThinkRail glass railing system for the mixed use project. Located at 9th St. NW and L St. NW, adjacent to the Walter Washington Convention Center in Washington, DC, the project includes a 310-room Courtyard by Marriott hotel, 190-room Residence Inn by Marriott hotel, as well as 230 residential units.
