Under Power Corporation is a leading electrical contracting business in Miami, Florida.  We are a State of Florida Licensed Electrical Contractor (#EC13003160), and one of only a handful of Florida Department of Transportation pre-qualified contractors approved to perform signalization and electrical work.

We are a specialty electrical contractor with a focus on roadway lighting maintenance, retrofitting and construction, as well as traffic signalization construction.  Throughout the years, Under Power has established itself as one of the premier roadway lighting and signalization contractors in South Florida.

Our list of customers includes Miami-Dade County Public Works Department, the Florida Department of Transportation, the City of Miami, the City of Miami Beach, Florida Power & Light, as well as numerous municipal agencies.  In addition, we have worked as a subcontractor for many of the top roadway contractors in South Florida.

For more than 16 years, Under Power has served the needs of our customers by not only perfecting the installation and maintenance of conventional signal and lighting equipment, but we have also been active in working with our customers to implement new technologies in our field.  Whether installing Portable Generators Interconnect Devices (PGID), solar powered traffic signals or optical vehicle detection equipment, Under Power has managed to keep pace with innovation.  In addition, when our customers have been impacted by hurricanes or other natural disasters, our crews have been there to bring facilities back to normal operations efficiently and safely.
