Two six story buildings consisting of 274 units with two levels of underground parking. Parking and first floor ceiling constructed with post tensioned concrete with wood framing above. The Matisse apartments include studios, 1 bedroom, and 2 bedroom units along with common amenities such as a private clubroom, game gallery, business center, fitness center, a rooftop terrace and a landscaped courtyard.
