Scope Of Work
This design build project is located in the North end of the Pearl District of Portland, OR. Construction will be 2 levels of parking garage below 9 stories on one side and 7 stories on the other, for a total of 290 units, all post tension concrete with light gauge metal framing. There are amenity spaces sprinkled throughout the building including a large 8th floor roof deck with BBQ’s, fire tables and a rooftop spa with a disappearing edge.
It is pursuing LEED for Homeswith a target goal of Gold Certification.
