John Lacy has been shooting top quality architectural photography for the construction industry for over 25 years.
We shoot high megapixel image files which are then perfected in Photoshop so the final images make your work look it's best without looking retouched.

Interiors, Exteriors and Aerials for both Commercial and Residential properties our work is used by GCs, Specialty Subs, Developers, Investment Real Estate and Owners for marketing via billboards, websites, brochures, direct mail, trade show displays, videos and office murals.

Our process is to understand what you want to communicate to your customers: quality, scale, capacity, range ofr project types, special expertise, problem solving? By understanding your marketing priorities we can schedule shoots, produce field images, prep and retouch those files and build a library of ready to use files for your marketing.

We also produce Pre-Construction Conditions Documentation Videos.
Shooting up to 4K resolution we follow property perimeters, full work sites and/or access and haul routes to document adjacent properties prior to the beginning of heavy construction. Our videos include minimum cuts utilizing long continuous shots with embedded site maps, orientation, time/date as well as operator voice-over descriptive narration. Delivered on DVD, Blu-ray or private server streaming, all files are archived long-term for your protection.

We are happy to work with your marketing people in-house or through your third party agency or we can assist you directly with the additional services of Graphic Design, Ad Layout, Web Design/Marketing, Publishing and Printing. We started out shooting 4x5 large format, later switching to roll film and currently shoot high resolution digital. We understand what is required to plan a shoot that will yield high quality results. With over 18,000 hours of Photoshop experience we can remove utility wires, repair lawns and pavements and hide those elements in photos that would otherwise distract from your work without calling attention to the retouching and retaining the authenticity of your work.
