Adolfo came to Lane with 20 years of experience in human resources (HR), most recently from Whirlpool where he oversaw the HR function of the commercial organization in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. In 2018, he joined Lane as Executive Vice President of HR and Organization and is responsible for all HR functions including staffing and recruiting, benefits and compensation, employee relations, and learning and development. Adolfo has a law degree and a postgraduate degree in Labor Law and Industrial Relations from Università degli Studi di Napoli ‘Federico II’, Naples, Italy.

Joining Lane in 2020, Dan leads and provides strategic oversight of the business development and bid development functions. A professional engineer, Dan has over 30 years of experience in both business development and execution of projects in the Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Maintenance (EPCM) Industry, with the last 22 years being in the heavy civil design, construction, and maintenance market. Dan’s expertise lies with traditional and alternative project delivery, including design-build, design-build-finance, and public-private-partnerships (PPP). Prior to Lane he was at Fluor managing Business Development for their Infrastructure Business Line responsible for the Americas (North, Central, and South America).

Gianfranco came to Lane from Webuild Group (previously Salini Impregilo Group), Lane’s parent company. He spent 22 years at Salini Impregilo, starting in the field on a project in Pakistan. He worked on projects around the world and eventually held several management positions, including Group Finance Director UK in 2002, Managing Director of Impregilo International Infrastructures NV in the Netherlands in 2008, and Managing Director of Fisia Babcock Environment GmbH in Germany in 2009. He also sat on the boards for several Group companies internationally. In 2012, Gianfranco was appointed Director, Corporate Development, responsible for selling non-core activities and acquiring new assets including the acquisition of Lane in 2016. Since 2016, Gianfranco is responsible for all mergers and acquisitions of the Group, the management of non-core activities and subsidiaries, as well as all activities for the integration, coordination, and control of Lane. In January 2018, Gianfranco joined Lane as Chief Operating Officer – Corporate and Executive Vice President.

Josh is a 20-year professional with experience in the highway, rail, and renewable energy construction industries. As Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Construction, he is responsible for managing the core geographic operational areas for Lane. Josh came to Lane from Webber LLC where he managed their heavy civil division. Josh has a passion for mentoring and developing young talent in the construction industry. He graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and an MBA from The University of Texas in Dallas.

A career employee with Lane spanning 32 years, Mark joined the company fresh out of college as a Job Engineer. Assigned to multiple projects in the Washington, D.C. metro area, Mark ascended through the ranks of the organization in response to Lane’s growth and expansion, taking on the responsibilities of District Manager and Regional Vice President overseeing multiple projects and operations. Mark later became the Vice President of Lane’s asphalt plant and paving operations while leading the company through several acquisition opportunities making this segment one of Lane’s most successful. In 2018, Mark joined the ranks of the executive team as Chief Operating Officer of Construction and in 2019 was promoted to President and CEO.   

Seth has more than 25 years of experience in the construction industry. As Vice President, General Counsel & Assistant Secretary, he oversees Lane’s legal needs. Prior to joining Lane, Seth practiced construction law nationally and was general counsel of a leading western heavy highway company. Seth’s legal experience is broad, including trial work, claims, banking and finance, legal and governance, regulatory and compliance, mergers and acquisitions, and real estate.
