Mr. Trujillo launched United Paving Co.

17 years ago and has led it into being one of the most successful paving maintenance companies in the nation. His passion for customer service, creating processes, and relationship building were the driving factors in creating this business. His business savvy, long-term thinking, and commitment to excellence is what keeps the company gaining knowledge and striving to be the best.

Mr. McLean has 29 years of paving experience. He began as a dispatcher in 1988, became a field foreman, and has been a project manager for the last 20 years. Tim has led the vast growth of our new construction department since he joined us 7 years ago. While overseeing a team of estimators, he also runs his own projects to ensure they meet budgets, deadlines and quality. He is skilled at meeting inspectors' and clients' strict requirements.

Mr. Roman has 20 years of paving industry experience. He climbed the ropes from the ground up and has served as our Chief Superintendent for over 10 years. David oversees all field crews, equipment and paving operations to ensure our projects are completed in a timely, quality and safe manner.

He works around the clock at times to get projects completed according to the clients' most stringent requests.

Mrs. Moran heads up our business development, marketing and branding objectives. She develops the printed collateral and online marketing content to gain our company exposure and recognition in the marketplace. Tracie directs internal and external events to strengthen employee and client relationships. With 9 years in this position, she maintains an endless passion for helping our company become #1 in California.
