Our Story

At Prestigious Concepts Inc., we function following a 'big business' model despite being a smaller company. This gives the customer the satisfaction of the smaller touches, along with the comfort level of an established and professional company. Our 3 division format allows us to handle every need each individual customers' project presents. There is no reason for them to call in separate companies, costing them more time and money, to handle different parts of the project. We have an expert in each area.

At Prestigious Concepts, Inc. we can take care of it all for you! We are a fully licensed and insured company, and we stand behind every project large or small. We offer free estimates. We do both commercial and residential projects.

We have been in business for 14 years. Our years of service in all areas of property management have provided us with a breadth of experience and knowledge that is priceless. Brian Cyre started prestigious concepts in 1992. The business started out as a lawn care company w/a crew of 3 guys. After several seasons he brought in a few more crews and started to explore the idea of incorporating landscaping and snow removal into the business model. The business steadily grew and Brian decided to branch out into 3 divisions: Landscape, Stone Masonry and Carpentry with a foreman heading each separate area. The company was incorporated in 1998. With the addition of the 3 divisions, the company grew more quickly. Kristi left her job in 2001 to join the team full time and become the head of the home office and personnel areas. We still function using the 3 division format and are we are currently exploring the 'do-it-yourself' niche as another branch of the business.
