ACE CO is an 8a, SDVOSB, , DBE, certified small business specializing in Construction Management with self-performance capabilities for: parking lot maintenance and repair, striping and seal coating, pressure washing, concrete staining, grounds maintenance, interior & exterior painting, flooring, general maintenance and repair and electrical services.

Through teaming agreements, ACE CO is able to increase offerings and capabilities for services including, but not limited to: Airfield and Runway maintenance and repair, site work, asphalt, poured concrete, HVAC, excavation, grounds maintenance, janitorial services.

ACE CO is an emerging construction company that specializes in the following trades: parking lot maintenance and repair, runway maintenance and repair, asphalt, striping, seal coating, ADA compliance, pressure washing, utilities, concrete work, concrete staining, interior and exterior painting, HVAC and janitorial services. Headquartered in San Antonio, Ace.Co was  on May 5, 1995, by owners Betty A. Drennan and Charles O. Drennan. Jointly the two owners possess over 20 years experience in the construction industry. These two partners are responsible for the sales/management, finance/administration, business development, estimating, purchasing, and project management respectively. As a general contractor that pursues contracting opportunities with both local and federal entities, the firm has acquired the following certifications that allow for increased participation with buying organizations:
