                    Our purpose at Quality Asphalt Paving and Sealcoating, Inc. is not to peddle a few maintenance goods and services that will temporarily improve the looks of your asphalt property. Paving We do it all! From ground-breaking to the finished product. We can tear out your existing asphalt, restructure the sub-base, grade, gravel and pave new asphalt. We can also pave over your current asphalt (cap).  

Striping We offer a wide variety of stencils and marking products to fill your pavement marking needs. Using professional layout, the latest equipment, and the highest quality (Sherwin Williams) paints you will receive crisp, clear, straight lines and stencils.  

Sealcoating Our experience and research has taught us that no two parking lots or driveways are the same. Therefore, different coatings need to be used based on the needs of your pavement.  

Crack Repair Crack Repair is often the most overlooked and yet most crucial service for proper maintenance of asphalt pavement. Quality Asphalt Paving and Sealcoating, Inc. offers guaranteed crack repair. The first and most important step we do is clean the crack of dirt and vegetation. We then use Hot Meadows Hi-Spec rubber, which meets and exceeds Federal Specification SS-S-1401 C and FAA Specification P-605 to completely seal the crack.

Patching We offer patching solutions to fix your pothole problems and to reduce your liability. We have the ability to bring the latest repair methods to your door ensuring that you get the proper repairs to solve your problem. Full depth cut-out replacement, overlays, infrared heat and partial depth milling are just a few options we offer.
