Southington Painting is owned and operated by Mark and Ken Adams, a father/son team.

Southington Painting was established in 1979. We paint commercial (new & repaint), residential (repaint), and custom homes. We are a non-union shop with 6 field employees, and an office staff of 2.

We are a progressive company with our goals set at zero callbacks, on schedule or ahead of schedule completion of all projects, immediate response to any issues that arise during a project and total customer satisfaction.

All of our employees have been through a rigorous pre-employment screening; consisting of drug testing, and thorough background checks. In addition to passing pre-employment screening our employees must fit our personality profile.

Our office is located at 214 Canal Street, Plantsville. We have a showroom where clients can come in for color consultation or apply their digital photos with our computer software from major paint manufacturers such as; ICI, and Benjamin Moore for color consideration. The showroom is equipped with the latest architectural samples from the major paint manufacturers.

Some of our services offered include all phases of interior and exterior painting, specialty coatings, elastomerics, textures (orange peel, knockdowns, etc.), fine faux finishes, wall coverings and much more.

We are members of the Painting and Decorating Contractors of America, The Residential Forum, and The Construction Fast Track Peer Group.
