Testing Technologies, Inc. has provided non-destructive testing services to the Washington, D.C. Metropolitan area for over twenty years. Our clients include local contractors, government agencies, public utilities, as well as private individuals. We are a certified woman-owned, small business entity. Most of our referrals come to us by word of mouth. We believe that this is testimony to our commitment of providing high quality service at economical rates.

Our employees experience ranges from an extensive background in commercial building construction to nuclear and fossil fueled power plants. Our management staff has over fifty years experience in the materials testing field and management of NDT personnel on larger construction projects. The backbone of our organization, our technicians and inspectors are all trained in accordance with the American Society of Nondestructive Testing and receive periodic training and re-certification regularly in each of their disciplines.

The majority of our work is performed at our clients facility or project site. Our mobile capabilities include radiography, ultrasonic, magnetic particle, liquid penetrant and visual inspection services. TTI can perform radiographic inspection, using either gamma or x-rays on a variety of items. Welds in bridges, buildings, pipe lines, piping systems, vessels and tanks are typical applications. TTI can also perform radiography on elevated concrete slabs, walls and columns prior to core drilling to located electrical conduit, pre-stresses cables and plumbing lines. In all cases, the work can be done on site, with results being submitted prior to departure from the job site. In addition to radiography of concrete slab, TTI can also provide ground penetrating radar examination of slab, walls or columns.
