Jon provides our clients the best practices of a large construction company with the customer service of a small company to ensure an excellent construction experience. He has 10 years of hands-on construction experience which is reflected in his ability to oversee all project activities. Jon holds a bachelor of science degree in construction management from the Minnesota State University, Mankato.

Allan began his electrical career while going to college at University of Wisconsin River Falls. He completed his degree electrical degree at St. Paul College. Allan has been in the industry since 1997 and has a wide variety of electrical experience, but specializes in health care, commercial and industrial projects.

Allan loves to participate in bass fishing tournaments. He also enjoys bow hunting and spending time in the woods with his twin children.

Allan enjoys working in the field as well at the office at J&L.

After twenty-four years in the electrical business, Bob Quist knows what his clients like – and dislike.  On every job, his goal is to get it done on time and on budget and in some cases saving the client money. Bob’s motto: “If the client is happy, I am happy.”

Estimating and managing electrical projects.

Having worked both in the field and the office, Bob knows what it takes to get each job done on time and on budget.

Paul began his electrical career in 1985 after finishing school at St. Paul Technical College and the Local 110 Apprenticeship program. He holds a Minnesota master electricians license.

Paul has estimated, managed and worked hands-on on many projects in the commercial and highway heavy area of construction in his 27 year career. He continues to develop his technical expertise through NECA continuing education courses.

Paul prides himself on his relationships with general contractors. He offers experience in all types of highway heavy and technology projects.
