JLN has grown in value and size through detail orientation, planning and execution of projects. JLN is certified Small Business Administration (SBA) firm. Also, JLN is certified in the State of Maryland and the State of New York as a Minority Business Enterprise (MBE).

Critical Path Method (CPM) schedule is very important to the clients and our team; therefore close attention is paid to CPM and completion dates. Clients are debriefed on a regular basis, so that they are made aware of the progress of the projects.
