Shane has worked extensively throughout Texas, from Frisco to the Rio Grande Valley, as a superintendent, Business Development Manager, Division Manager and VP of Operations. Projects for these firms included three residential developments, the $125-million Ak Chin Hotel & Casino, and the $2.5-billion Tesla Battery Plant. As General Manager of Anchor Roofing Systems, Shane has overall responsibility in management of the P&L.

Shane earned both his Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Science, and his MBA in Finance & Accounting from Texas A&M University. Prior to attending college, Shane served four years in the United States Marine Corps infantry. Away from work Shane's primary focus is his involvement with his wife and two boys. Shane's volunteer efforts include multiple youth sports board positions and coaching baseball, football, and soccer.

Matt joined Anchor Roofing in 2002, with several years of expertise in heavy commercial and industrial applications. His insight and knowledge of computer-assisted estimating has been a vital asset to the company and our clients. Matt and has managed several projects, including the Fort Worth Convention Parking Garage and Trinity Terrace. He currently manages Anchor's three-year maintenance contract for Lockheed Martin Aeronautical, as well as a $20 million project at Lockheed Martin. Matt holds a business degree from the College of Mount St. Joseph in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Rick started in the roofing business as a laborer. Throughout his 40+ year career he has made the progression from laborer to roofer; from roofer to roofing supervisor; and from roofing supervisor to his current position with Anchor as a project manager/estimator. His projects include Midland Memorial Hospital, Plano ISD, Stephenville ISD, Mesquite ISD, various other schools, universities; city and county governments, commercial and industrial projects and the Dallas Police Station and the United States Postal Service.
