Our Story

ABC Construction Co., Inc. first began in March of 1995. This company is a woman owned business. We are certified W-DBE with Septa, PennDot, the City of Philadelphia, NJDOT, and the City of Camden Public Works. This family business has grown into a competitive, full service General and Site Contractor in the greater Philadelphia area. ABC's staff includes well trained professionals that can confidently complete any job, public or private, and an internal staff, who are friendly and willing to help with any or your questions, concerns, or needs.

ABC Construction has built and maintained many significant relationships with both General Contractors and Private Customers. As a company, we focus on providing our customers with a quality product we are proud of. Our management team has high expectations for all employees. She believes in the product ABC Construction provides and works hard to make sure the execution is perfected.

The work ABC Construction completes includes everything from concrete and blacktop to utility installations and clearing. In the past several years ABC Construction's work has been for Septa, first as a subcontractor and now as a prime. Their team of experienced estimators, project managers, foreman, and construction professionals make it easy to get the job done right!

There are no projects that ABC Construction cannot complete. Throughout the history of ABC, the company has always been ready and able to conquer any request of work needed.

Kimberly Nugent

In 1995, Kimberly Nugent started ABC Construction as a woman owned family business. Kimberly leads by example, expecting her employees to work hard for their customers with safety in mind.

Her husband, Michael Nugent, is ABC Construction's Superintendent. The couple works together as partners in success. This dream all began back in 1978 when Michael just had a trucking company. Out of Kimberly's enthusiasm to create a bigger company and her impressive business skills, ABC Construction was born. As a team Kimberly and Michael provide customers with guaranteed satisfaction.

Kimberly has also brought both of her daughters, Olivia and Brittany, into the company. She and Michael take pride in creating a business for the family to enjoy together. Kimberly's positive attitude has allowed ABC Construction to flourish and thrive from the beginning. Kim focuses on keeping ABC Construction organized and focused for the future.
