Our Story

Unique Building Maintenance Services Corp was established in 1997 and is dedicated to providing uncompromising quality, cost efficiency and customer satisfaction. Our cleaners, porters and other employees serve a diverse range of company and organization clients in Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, and Long Island.

Unique has been certified as a Woman Business Enterprise (WBE) and a Small Business Enterprise (SBE) by the Port Authority of NY/NJ and as a Woman-Owned Business Enterprise (MBE/WBE) by the NY State Department of Economic Development, Division of Minority and Women's Business Development.
