I would recommend GTS for all heating and air conditioning needs. My first experience with GTS was on the installation of my new home's heating and air conditioning in 2004. Since then, I've recommended GTS to both my boss and my mother because of the skill, honesty and integrity that they bring to the table.

GTS assumed maintenance of our HVAC system from a previous company. It was a lot to figure out – even we were confused by it all, and it's our house – but GTS has solved every problem we've presented them with in a thorough and professional manner. We're more than happy to have them as our primary HVAC service provider, and look forward to a long, sustained relationship with Tammy and Greg.

I was having issues with my air conditioner and had two "other" service companies out to assess the situation, one told me I needed to spend $6000 to get a new one and the other service professional said he would just add freon and that was all he could do, which did not help. Greg with GTS HVAC came out and found a hole in the hose and replaced it and I haven't had any problems since. He was very professional, honest and went out of his way to explain and give information about helping my system work more efficiently. I would never call anyone else! I highly recommend this company!

GTS HVAC did a great job for me.  This was a complicated house and they installed a sophisticated heating and ac system that had to be retrofitted into an architectural plan that made for large open spaces.  So GTS had to be careful where they placed things and they accomplished this with real finesse.  Further, they also installed five gas fireplaces throughtout the house and a difficult kitchen downdraft vent for the cooktop along with an air exchanger in the basement.  GTS was very knowledgeable, easy to work with; bringing good solutions along with the problems they identified, and best of all they showed up when they said they would.... and I really appreciated that relability.

GTS HVAC, Inc made several changes to our system (which was not installed correctly prior to this) and it has made a world of difference in our house. We don't need 5 blankets to keep warm now that heat is getting to the rooms we need it to! We have noticed a decrease in our utility bills as well. We were very impressed with the work and professionalism. GTS HVAC, Inc. also worked hard to diagnose a problem with our humidifier and it has made a world of difference. Our facility required a constant room temperature and air quality levels. It has multiple zones, and highly variable air quality components.
