Our Story

Lee Contracting is an Employee-Owned company with over 25 years’ experience specializing in Industrial Turn-Key Solutions.  With in-house talent available for all trades, Lee Contracting is capable of completing projects ranging from emergency plant service to new equipment installations and entire facility relocations as a single-source contractor.

Our in-house departments include Rigging, Foundations, Electrical, Mechanical (Pipefitting, HVAC & Air Systems), Fabrication, Maintenance & Repair (Machine Repair, Industrial Maintenance & Machining) and a variety of Other Services (Controls & Robotics, Building, Roof Raising, Emergency Power & Industrial Storage), Our streamlined communication allows us to manage tight timelines and multi-faceted projects.

TURN-KEY ADVANTAGES FOR AWARDED PROJECTS:

Machinery Moving: Reviewing equipment drawings and relying on years of experience to be more efficient, we break down a machine minimally, then rig and haul the pieces as large as possible.
Plant Relocation: Multiple in-house departments and dedicated mobile crews allow us to take on full projects throughout the Continental U.S.
Plant Restructuring: Experienced department estimators review sites and offer solutions to increase productivity and upgrade functionality on the shop floor.

CONTROLLED PROJECT COSTS

Lee takes control of every aspect of your job through shared economy of manpower and equipment across multiple trades. Account managers work closely with individual customers to ensure budgets are adhered to in the quoting and execution of a project.

ACCELERATED TIMELINES

Having all labor and equipment resources in-house allows us to mobilize rapidly and accommodate tight timelines. Our efficient crews are trained to work closely together to complete projects within the given time frame, often exceeding expectations. With 24/7 service, we are able to quickly resolve any emergency that may come up.

MINIMAL IMPACT ON CUSTOMER OPERATIONS

We understand that downtime means money lost. We can work around production lines that are still running, during shutdowns or on a varied schedule that meets your needs. As a one-stop shop, we guarantee minimal downtime and maximum efficiency.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

With every awarded project, Lee provides each customer with a full-time project manager who is responsible for coordinating all trades on-site. Having this single point of contact eliminates confusion and miscommunication while keeping the customer informed of project status.
