EMR SAFETY RATE .51 - EXCELLENT - Hallaton’s current Experience Modification Rate (EMR) is .51, putting us in the “Excellent” safety rating category. This means that Hallaton has one of the industry’s lowest incident rates.

FGI - Hallaton is proud to be a member of FGI. FGI is an industry-sponsored non-profit institute dedicated to advancing the use of fabricated geomembranes through education, research, and technology transfer. FGI is housed at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering, Inc., has a proven track record as being one of the most experienced liner installation companies in the industry. Certifications: Member IAGI, Master Seamers ( IAGI certified fusion and extrusion welders), 40 hour Hazwoper, QA/QC, First Aid/ CPR.

Safety: EMR Safety Rating .51 - Excellent. Comprehensive In-house safety program including: Company HASP, daily site safety meetings, quarterly company safety meetings, field personnel PPE: long pants, sleeved shirts, steel toe boots, safety vest, leather gloves and safety glasses. 

Training: Extensive training is a top priority. Our installers receive training with our plant manufacturers as well as in-house with regular refreshers to train on new products/techniques.  Several of our technicians have the IAGI Master Welder certification. In addition, there is annual training by Demtech Services for the operation and maintenance of welding equipment. Yearly training by Union Special: operation and maintenance of sewing machines. Yearly Hazmat refresh

Financial: Hallaton is financially sound with excellent lending/credit relationship with multiple national banks. We are bonded for all jobs and have an excellent credit with all suppliers.
