NYS Certified MBE
Hall Enterprises, Inc. is a landscape construction company and NYS Certified MBE (Minority-Owned Business Enterprise) that has been operating since 1989. Charles Hall established the company as a small landscaping business, maintaining accounts of local high-end residential homes. Quality performance and unsurpassed customer satisfaction enabled Hall Enterprises to continue to expand its resources and scope of work.
Although HEI found its roots in residential lawn maintenance, quality service allowed HEI to acquire corporate accounts, and from further referral, enter the field of municipal and public works. HEI has completed exceptional work at state parks and universities, including Captree State Park and SUNY Farmingdale State College. Other projects we have participated in include the Queens Museum of Art, SUNY Empire State College, Port Washington Streetscape improvements, and Hallock State Park.
HEI's scope of work includes, and is not limited to, bioretention swales , landscape planting, irrigation fields, transplanting, retaining walls, and paving stone.
