Joel has been working in landscaping for about 30 years. Because of his success as a manager he decided to turn his work ethic and passion into Inland Empire Landscape Inc. He has managed the company for over 15 years. Under his management the company has incresed in size substantially. Because of his humble beginnings Joel understands the value of hardwork, quality service, honesty, and creativity. For that reason he has gained a substantial reputation as managing one of the best landscaping company in Southern California.

Yoshio graduated form Cal Poly Pomona with a degree in Applied Mathematics and Statistics. With his help the company revenue has been a significant increase in the last year. Yoshio helps: plan, schedule,and coordinate project activities to meet deadlines. He also helps prepare and submit budget estimates, progress reports, and cost tracking reports.
