Scope Of Work

The El Encanto Hotel, located in Santa Barbara, California, is a boutique hotel with cottage rooms and breathtaking views of the ocean and Santa Barbara valley.  Featuring an amazing array of flowering and exotic plant varieties, a reflecting pool, and numerous arbors and sculpture, El Encanto makes a lasting impression on visitors and hotel guests.  Installed by Gothic in 2013, this project was the recipient of the President’s Award by the City of Santa Barbara for its beautiful contribution to the city.  Gothic’s work at El Encanto was also recognized by the California Landscape Contractor’s Association (CLCA) for the overall best-in-class landscape installation for 2013.
